How do I go about booking my inspections?
We have a simple online form which you can fill out to request a Building Inspection, this allows us to collect all the informtion we require to conduct your building inspection in a very short form. What information will you require for my inspections?
In our inspection booking form we collect all the info we need to organise your inspection, this is a basic level of information regarding your home including your site details, site supervisor details, and ideally a set of your architectural plans.
Do I need to be in attendance at the inspection?
No you do not, infact we decline our clients requests to attend their inspections, this is for a very specific reason. We need to concentrate! by allowing us to attend and provide independent Inspection, you will get a more thorough inspection guaranteed.
How long after the inspection will I get my report?
To ensure there is no delay in your build we get you your report the same day we conduct your inspection.
Is the builder required to fix all identified defects?
Unfortunately we cannot force a builder to rectify defects, but with our inspection process that are realistic and fact based, combined with our long term history within the industry and clear reporting we have a very good record of getting Site supervisors to take on board what we have identified as needing to be rectified.
